• responsibility for the correct quality of products
• responsibility for timely completion of tasks
• managing the work of subordinate staff
• supervision over production documentation
• conducting on-the-job training for employees

Expectations:

• min. technical secondary education
• experience in working as a foreman
• good knowledge of technological and construction documentation
• knowledge of welding issues
• good computer skills – MS Office suite
• very good work organisation
• management skills
• experience in a similar position in the steel construction industry is welcome
• Driving licence B
